James Weaver, Board President

James Weaver is a self-made entrepreneur with over 45 years of business experience successfully operating and managing his own companies. He has a keen ability to put ideas into action in order to carry out his vision and is the Founder and Owner of The Weave Companies. After starting Warren Transport in Laurel, MT with 4 drivers in 1989, he worked diligently to grow Warren Transport and had the vision to diversify his business interests into real estate, mining operations, construction, remediation, industrial by-product recycling and farming. Today, the Weave Companies employ hundreds of people and have a presence across 4 states. Prior to starting Warren Transport and The Weave Companies, Jim owned and operated limestone quarries in Iowa and Montana. He grew up in a small farming community in Iowa, where he developed a love for operating heavy equipment. He owned his first limestone quarry in his early twenties. Jim cares greatly about his employees and his community and makes giving back a priority through The Weave Employee Hardship Fund and numerous charitable contributions every year. Outside of the office, Jim is an avid outdoorsman and loves adventure. He has flown airplanes, captained boats, driven race cars, shown world champion horses, won sporting competitions, and more. He loves actively farming his land where he grows wheat, alfalfa and corn; and raises cattle. Jim attended Arizona State University, but is largely self-taught, having an unstoppable curiosity and drive to succeed in business.

Diane Weaver, Board Vice President

Diane Weaver is co-owner of The Weave Companies and has spent the last 20 years working closely with her husband, Jim, to manage and grow the businesses to where they are today through her strong leadership skills and immense expertise in public relations, fundraising and human resources. During her tenure at Warren Transport and The Weave Companies, Diane led Human Resources and Marketing functions and was instrumental in managing real estate transactions and facility expansion activities. Prior to The Weave Companies, she spent 11 years at St. Vincent Healthcare running Public Relations and managing Foundation work where she initiated very successful, long-lasting programs such as the “Share our Spirit” campaign. She served as Executive Director of the Billings YWCA for 3 years turning an operating deficit into positive territory while launching and re-establishing key events such as Salute to Women, Women’s Run and Gateway House. Diane also worked in Mental Health Centers for 14 years in a variety of increasingly responsible roles spanning Human Resources, Fundraising and Communications. She is extremely active in the community and is a 30-year member of Billings Rotary Club, and has held many leadership roles in that organization, most importantly, being the first female Rotary President in Billings. She was also Co-founder of the Billings Healthy Community Coalition, and plays an active role in the Weave Employee Hardship fund and company gifting. Diane has a BA in Organizational Communication from Montana State University Billings.

Dan Gold, Board Treasurer

Dan Gold is an experienced executive with over 15 years of financial expertise. He brings a detailed knowledge of the Weave Companies, having previously served as CFO. During his tenure with the Weave Companies, he was responsible for a very successful financial management strategy that resulted in significant cost savings and greatly enhanced operational performance. Prior to the Weave Companies, Dan held prominent financial and analytical roles at Stillwater Mining Company and worked as an investment banker for Q Advisors in Denver, CO where he completed M&A, private equity and debt transactions totaling nearly a billion dollars in value. Dan received his BS in Economics with a double major in Finance and Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dan was raised in Billings, MT and currently splits his time between working in Philadelphia, PA and spending time back home in Billings.

Jennifer Kondracki, Board Secretary

Jennifer Kondracki is Director of Corporate Development for the Weave Companies, where she has a leadership role in corporate strategy and driving the execution of key corporate initiatives, business transactions, corporate giving, and marketing programs. She is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years of experience, who served as Marketing Director for the Weave Companies for the past 6 years where she oversaw traditional and digital marketing covering branding, advertising, social media, messaging and communications. Prior to working for the Weave Companies, Jennifer lived in Boston, MA and spent a decade managing market development and global software marketing programs for Lucent Technologies and then CSG Systems. She collaborated with functional and geographic teams, partners and analysts across the globe to develop and roll out product launches, marketing campaigns, events and sales tools. Her market development efforts successfully produced technically complex sales opportunities in excess of $500M. Jennifer currently serves as President of the Arrowhead Elementary Parent Teacher Association and has been a member of the Association of Junior League International for 7 years. She holds a BA in Psychology and Economics from Wellesley College graduating with honors, Cum Laude, with First Year Academic Distinction. Jennifer is married to Brian and has two children, Alexa and James.

Jeri Kelley, Board Member

Jeri Kelley is a Sr. Product Strategist at Oracle and has over 15 years of experience in marketing, business development and digital strategy. She has a strong entrepreneurial background thanks to several years at start-up technology firms Cymfony and Endeca, and – most recently – launching a new product at Oracle: Commerce Cloud. For the last decade, Jeri has focused on partnering with retailers, manufacturers, distributors, and online businesses helping them navigate the ecommerce ecosystem. Part of the Oracle Customer Experience team she leads Business to Business market strategy for Oracle’s ecommerce products. Her current responsibilities include customer success, competitive intelligence, sales and partner enablement, marketing, campaign management, press relations and analyst relations all with the goal to bring products to market in the digital arena. Outside of the tech world, Jeri has been a member of the Association of Junior League International for 13 years and has held various leadership roles within the organization including managing a 100+ new member committee for the Boston league. Jeri holds a BA in Marketing and International Relations from the University of Montana. Jeri is married to Chris and has two children, Andrew and Bridget.
